Art Of Living, Bangalore

The Art of Living is a multi-faceted NGO with one of the largest volunteer bases and a presence in over 144 countries. They offer a stress-free, peaceful mind and healthy body through yoga, meditation and simple breathing techniques. Service programs aim to strengthen society at the grassroots by strengthening the individual.Inspired by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Its vision is a stress-free, violence-free world where individuals have the opportunity to maximize their potential for personal and spiritual growth and contribute towards creating a One-World Family.

Beautifully located, amid greenery, their main ashram at Kanakpura road is worth visiting again & again. We have not heard about much when we first gone there but when we reached there, our planned 2 hour visit turned out to be a full day. One can feel the vibrance of surroundings. You will light and free. We walked thu meditation place, shops, "Gaushalla" (place to keep cows), school and had wonderful meal. There is also a guided tour for full ashram. I pledged myself that i will come again here.
