Ooty "Queen Of Hills in South could be reached thu Mysore & Coimbatore. While travelling from Mysore to Ooty after some time you see Milestone showing Ooty 78 kms away but after travelling few km more suddenly a right turn which shows Ooty 34 Kms. It is the route to Ooty thu Bandipur National Park. I have never enjoyed driving ever before, its like driving in heaven, natural beauty at its best, calm , no regular traffic, bright chances to meet some wild animals. I bet you will enjoy every inch of it.
